We use ground shipping and on average it takes about 3-5 days to receive your package. We have a processing time of 3 to 5 business days because we make all of our bath bombs fresh when you order them.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us using our contact form. If your return is accepted, we will ask that you ship the product back to us. We do not provide return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
