How long does it take to get my order?

It takes us between 3-5 business days to process the order plus shipping time.  With shipping this can vary depending on the carrier you choose and shipping service.  

 

What if there is a problem with my order what should I do?  For problems with orders please contact our customer service center.  You can generate a ticket through our contact us page.   

 

Do you do wholesale orders?  Yes we do, if you would like to set up a wholesale account with us please email us through the contact page.  

 

Can I customize my order?  If you have a special request for a custom order please reach out through our ETSY page.  There may be an additional fee for custom orders.

 

How do I cancel my order? At the moment we do not currently accept cancellations or changes on orders.  

 

Why is my credit card not working?

The billing address and phone number provided must match the information currently on file with your bank. If you feel there’s an error, we recommend getting in contact with your banking institution or rechecking the information entered in the required fields.

 

How do returns work? 

We always hope that your order meets your expectations and want you to be happy with your purchase.   If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we make it easy to do a return.   

All items are returnable in their original condition.   If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.  

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.  All returns or exchanges must be processed within 30 days from date of sale.  Please provide order number when doing a return or exchange.  For exchanges, the new product will be shipped upon return of the original item.

How do I know my product is made fresh? 

We do not store them for excessive amounts of time.  Most products if not made to order are made within 2 months of shipping time.   

 

How long will it last once I receive it?  

All bath bombs should be used within a 6 month time period.  For absolute best results we recommend 3 months max.  

 

How should I store my bath bombs?

We recommend that you keep all bath bombs in a cool dry place.  Also keep them in their packaging away from the sun.  When a bath bomb is left out of it's packaging it can lose it's scent over time.  If left in a moist environment it can lose its fizzing power.  

 

Ingredients

What are the main ingredients in the bath bombs?  All of our bath bombs are made with the highest food quality baking soda, citric acid, and cornstarch. We also add epsom salts and sweet almond oil.   No preservatives added.  

 

Do you use fragrances? Yes we do.  Many of our wonderful fragrances are made with essential oils.  These oils come directly from the plant source.   

 

Are the bath bombs gluten free? Yes all of our bath bombs are gluten free.  

 

Are the bath bombs vegan?  Yes all of our bath bombs are vegan and contain no traces of animal products.  

 

Do the bath bombs contain nuts?  Yes all of our bath bombs are made with almond oil. 

 

What does ethically sourced mean?  This means that the materials we source for the creation of our bath bombs are obtained in a responsible and sustainable way, that the workers involved in making them are safe and treated fairly and that environmental and social impacts are taken into consideration during the sourcing process.

What is polysorbate (tween) 80? 

It is a natural vegetable sourced emulsifier which creates solubility between water based ingredients and oil based ingredients. Polysorbate 80 is a natural fragrance and essential oil solubilizer.  It also makes the bath bombs foam and acts as a natural skin hydrator.

I thought shipping products were 100% biodegradable, so why do you package the bath bombs in plastic? 

All of our bath bombs are packaged in cellophane which is a natural substance created from vegetable based cellulose.  They are 100% biodegradable.  All other packaging is made from recycled paper and twine.
